Meet the Team
Dr. J Garth Thompson is the founder and president of 4D Avionic Systems. Dr. Thompson is an Emeritus Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Kansas State University (KSU). He has over 54 years of research and teaching at three Tier 1 research universities where he has managed multiple grants and contracts from NSF, NASA, and other sponsoring enterprises.
Joseph Hoskinson has lead the company’s prototype aircraft and autopilot development for the last three years. Joe has a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University.
Gabriel Orndorff has lead the company’s software development of it’s prototype system for the last three years. Gabriel has a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University.
